This was definitely a wonderful conclusion to this series. Loved both Zeke and Kate. I also enjoyed the premise of the story. I love that Kate was willing to stick to her principles of bit being unequally yoked no matter how much she loved Zeke but I must confess I did find her a tad but flighty sometimes. I understood her fears which were rooted in the past and she needed to overcome them to fully love Zeke without reservations. Zeke was a wonderful hero too. He had his flaws and he definitely struggled but I was grateful that he was ready to change. He struggled, he had his flaws but I enjoyed his journey to faith and the fact that he was ready to let go of his desires to be a better human for Kate. It was fun to see some old friends too and I’d definitely miss this bunch of strong women who were ready to make a new life for themselves in a new environment.
